A complete standard clean for the rooms you book.
Light straightening means returning items moved for cleaning and straightening cushions and throws. It does not include sorting belongings or organizing storage. Baseboards, window sills, and window tracks are not included in Reset, even for dusting.

Move-in and move-out cleaning use the Clair Deep Reset empty-home plan. We clean applicable Reset and Deep Reset items throughout the empty home, plus empty closet interiors, accessible shelves and rods, and closet floors.
Before we arrive, remove furniture and personal belongings, empty the refrigerator and storage areas to be cleaned, and make sure water, electricity, and building access are available. Moving, unpacking, junk hauling, construction cleanup, and repairs are not included. We cannot guarantee the return of a security deposit.
If an area is not ready when the cleaner arrives, Clair will help you decide whether to clear it while the cleaner is onsite, proceed with agreed areas skipped, or reschedule. An unprepared area does not itself create an extra charge. If you reschedule after the cleaner arrives, our applicable short-notice rescheduling fee may apply; Clair will explain it before confirming.
We clean areas reachable while standing on the floor, including with handheld or extension tools. A cleaner may use a small step stool if one is available and they consider it safe, but no task requires it. We do not move heavy furniture or appliances. You may move them before the visit so newly exposed areas can be cleaned if they are within the booked scope and available service time.
Our packages do not include mold remediation; pest or infestation cleanup; biohazards, bodily fluids, animal waste, or hazardous materials; hoarding or junk removal; construction or renovation cleanup; carpet shampooing or upholstery extraction; specialist stain treatment; exterior or between-pane window cleaning; screen washing; ladder work; full-wall washing; repairs; paint removal; surface restoration; or freezer defrosting. Some stains, discoloration, and wear are permanent, and cleaning may not remove them.

Deep Reset may also include photos of relevant detail work. We use these to review the service and document the condition of your home. We do not use your photos for marketing without separate permission.
If we miss an included task, let us know within 24 hours. We’ll review it under the Clair 24-Hour Promise and make qualifying missed work right at no additional charge.
